This Returns & Exchange Policy explains how exchanges and returns are handled at Eternal Shade.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Exchange Only Policy
All purchases made on Eternal Shade are eligible for exchange only.
We do not offer returns for refunds, except in the specific cases mentioned below.
Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Product Only)
Returns will be accepted strictly in the following cases only:
- The product is damaged, or
- A wrong product has been delivered
To qualify for a return request:
- A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory
- The video must begin before opening the package
- The issue (damage or incorrect product) must be clearly visible in the video
Important:
- Requests without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected
- Claims made after opening the package without video proof will not be considered
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
- Incorrect size received
- Size does not fit
Conditions for approval:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- The item must be in resalable condition
Eternal Shade reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Non-Eligible Cases
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Products damaged due to use, washing, or mishandling
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
- Products without original packaging or tags
Exchange Process
- Approved requests will be processed through a reverse pickup
- After inspection, the exchange will be initiated
- Replacement dispatch timeline: 5–7 business days, subject to availability
Out of Stock Situations
If the requested size or product is unavailable:
- A suitable alternative may be offered, or
- A store credit will be issued, valid for 90 days
Prepaid Orders Only
All orders are prepaid only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Final Decision
All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and quality check.
The final decision rests with Eternal Shade.
